Leicester City's Ricarido Pereira to Stay for the 2025 Season Update

In a significant update, Leicester City have confirmed that they will be signing new goalkeeper Ricarido Pereira for the 2025 season.

The club has announced that Pereira, who previously played for Manchester United and Real Madrid, will join them on loan from Athletic Bilbao in Spain.

Pereira, 27,Premier League Updates was signed by Manchester United back in 2019 as a replacement for injured David De Gea, but he struggled to make an impact at the club.

He made just three appearances during his time with the Red Devils before returning to Spain to sign for Athletic Bilbao.

His performances there were not what the club expected and he was eventually released by Athletic Bilbao at the end of the season.

Pereira had been linked with a move to Manchester City earlier this year, but the club decided against making any moves due to concerns about his fitness and availability.

Now, it looks like they have secured his services ahead of the start of the 2025 campaign. The arrival of Pereira is sure to add some much-needed depth to the team and help the club stay competitive next season.
